Impacting the organization’s culture can happen in a short period. The Quality Improvement (QI) Leaders Academy program was an approach to create positive, focused, and measurable improvement in 22 organizations in just 12 months . The program managed by Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB), funded by Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF), with training and QI expertise provided by Continual Impact.
The community of 22 organizations all focused on the same goal – To develop QI Leaders with the knowledge and skills to promote rapid and measurable improvements in work processes and outcomes and help build high performing cultures of quality improvement. The community of QI Leaders learned together, followed by personal application within their organization.
To learn more, see the QI Leaders Academy program report . Congratulations to the QI Leaders and their organization members for making an impact!
