1. GET THE ORGANIZATION FOCUSED.

Without focus you may not be making progress towards your Vision and optimizing your resources on the most important things!   • What are the priority improvement areas and goals for 2022? What are the projects we will charter and make happen THIS YEAR?
  • How will I measure progress?
  • Communicate, communicate and communicate the plan – so that everyone knows what is important.

5. ACKNOWLEDGE AND CELEBRATE EFFORT AND RESULTS.

Remind yourself to pause, provide constructive feedback, and acknowledgement (personal and specific) for the progress of the organization, projects, work teams and individuals. Find the positives and reinforce them frequently. Catch people doing it right and say so!
