An invitation to our entrepreneurial colleagues!

Women entrepreneurs will be featured among the speakers at Kutztown University’s Entrepreneurship Week 2017, which begins March 28. This is a week to help entrepreneurship, innovation, and growth particularly for small and medium size organizations.

Interestingly, a high performing model of continual improvement is described in very similar terms…an organization that thrives and grows, sustains over time, and has as part of its core values, for all its team, to be both pioneering and appreciate the importance of promoting, and leveraging learning. Entrepreneurs are continually open to new information and ideas and are willing to venture into imagining and trying new solutions.

Pam Vecellio, representing Continual Impact, is part of a panel discussion to share lessons learned on starting up and growing an organization on March 30. Five women entrepreneurs who are members of the Northeast Berks Chamber of Commerce  will center on the nuts-and-bolts of becoming an entrepreneur. The panelists are Robin Costenbader-Jacobson, principal of RC-J Consulting Associates in Reading; Nina Bohn, founder and president of Illuminated Strategies in Fleetwood; Pam Vecellio, partner at Continual Impact; Kim Davis, founder of KD Consulting in Kutztown; and Caitlin Bodner, founder of Magnificent Candles in Kutztown.

All activities are free; registration is required. Hopefully you can join us to talk innovation, growth, and improvement!
