Green Belt - Improvement Project Leader (Lean Six Sigma & Quality)
Processes not performing optimally need improvements. You will learn how to lead/facilitate process improvement projects to accelerate process times and increase quality 20%-90%.
Goal of Improvement Project Leader / Green Belt:
The goal is to develop the knowledge and skills to lead a team through all phases of an improvement project, utilize improvement, change, and project management techniques, and help create sustainable results. Everyone brings a team-based problem to begin and advance during training.
