Your Purpose - Mission, Vision, & Values

What is your team or organization's purpose? What do we all seek to create? Why are we here? What do we believe? This training / working sessions help you create or update your Mission, Vision, and Values.

MISSION: The organization’s purpose; what does the organization do and why does it exist.
VISION: A long term view (10-20 year) or “snapshot” of the future that the organization wants to create. 
VALUES: The principles of conduct people abide by as they pursue the organization’s purpose.

Goal:

To gain leadership knowledge and skills in creating, testing, and using mission and vision statements and values to lead your team members.
