2. Establish team CIS boards and conduct 1st team huddle Deliverables: Installed CIS™ to raise focus on performance, identify issues, solve problems, share with team members, and accelerate learning and change.
3. 4-hours team or 1-1 coaching during application coaching Deliverables: Maximized team focus and engagement; How to solve problems as they are identified; See value and waste in daily activities.
