Have organizational challenges dealing with shrinking resources, improving customer outcomes, or building a culture of improvement? 
A good, annual continual improvement plan helps create the focus on organization outcomes and the activities needed to accomplish those outcomes. This course teaches data exploration methods and the process to systematically evaluate an organization, identify aligned projects, cascade activities to teams and individuals to achieve/exceed results. 

Goal:

To develop knowledge and skills to effectively and efficiently facilitate the organization’s annual improvement plan.

Annual planning cycle

Agenda: 

Training: 28 hours of education and application. Participants bring organization data to class on which to focus and practice. Develop knowledge and skills to effectively and efficiently facilitate the organization’s annual improvement plan. The course includes: a. Evaluate data (Customer, Organization, Work Processes, Culture, Learnings). b. Create a plan. c. Cascade the plan to teams. d. Confirm projects will achieve the goals. e. Establish a leadership structure to lead the plan through the year. 

Application and Coaching: 2-4 days of on-site event co-lead. One-on-one coaching until results are achieved.

Certification: Participation in this course and completion of 1 project = Continuous Improvement Annual Planning Black Belt
